ADHD / Autism
Neurodivergence brings its own challenges for individuals and families: college students with ADHD dropping courses or taking a leave of absence; employees unable to perform their jobs without proper accommodations; and teens and adults on the autism spectrum facing sensory-related emotional dysregulation at school and at home — struggles too often dismissed as character flaws or behavior problems rather than recognized as treatable symptoms. Parents, too, carry the weight, managing behavioral outbursts while advocating for their child, often without understanding how environmental, social, and dietary factors worsen anxiety, mood, and sleep.
This practice offers a balanced way to treat neurodivergence — not simply as a disorder, but as a different way the brain is wired, with its own strengths as well as challenges.
